My Why
During my time at Georgia Tech, I was honored to have the opportunity to be a Georgia Tech Student Ambassador, Scheller College of Business Ambassador, Alpha Kappa Psi Fraternity Executive Board Member, and Student Government Association Executive Committee member. I was selected to be part of the prestigious Denning Technology & Management program and fortunate to walk across the Georgia Tech graduation stage with a high paying full-time job.
But that wasn't enough. I wanted to pursue more, do more, learn more, live more.
I realized that my innate desire to succeed didn’t revolve around sitting in a cubicle for 45 years, having 2 weeks off a year, and limiting my paycheck to the “role” I was placed in. I want to take control of my own time, money and energy so I can build a life for myself to give back to others and maximize my potential.
That's when I found mentors that took my hand and ran as fast as me so I could start visualizing and pursuing what was important to me.
Why Mentorship?
My journey started when I accepted mentorship in all areas of my life. I quickly found that my high-paying consulting job was paying the bills but not giving me the life I always dreamed. Today, I have been fortunate to have been mentored & honored to mentor others including, but not limited to the areas of:
Leadership Development
Financial Management
Emotional Intelligence
Personal Brand Development
Women's Advancement
Social Entrepreneurship
Everyone should have a coach to reach your goals faster, become a more effective leader, breakthrough limiting beliefs and gain clarity in your purpose.
I use my time to give back. I exclusively coach a number of individuals with the same technique and approach my mentors gave me. As this approach is very intimate, it requires me to restrict the number I take on. However, my hope is that my efforts to mentor few, will continue to compound to many over time and the legacy of our mentors will live on for generations to come.
